With everyone practicing knot tying, safety checks and communication over the week to become proficient, we are ready to move on to the the next part of learning to belay Pt. 2 Support, Stance, Stroke.
Arrive early! Practice starts 4:15p. Extended practice to 6:15p for all to move through the practicum.
Pick Up/Drop Off: Cragmont Park - Picnic table. If arriving late/picking up early, the trailhead to the base of the route is left behind the picnic table. Tight road w/limited parking. High curb/sidewalk parking permitted, just make sure pointed in proper direction. Do not park in fire lanes.

Weather is perfect, timing is right for evening practice at the crag on Thursdays! Today we are taping into more mental strength, (sight) reading, and problem solving before, during and after attempts. Returning to the strength cycle scouting and sending new problems at Mortar Rock tonight. Bring shoes, chalk and charged cellphone.
