Let's end this session with the light at a new crag spot, Great Stone Face Park.

Getting there: Go down or up Marin street to the Marin Circle, take the Arlington to Yosemite street, turn left, go a block down, and it is on the left. You can also go up Yosemite from the west.


Arrive early - Warm up before sunset! Practice starts 5:45p - ends 7:15p

Cycle - Strength  3wks | (wk 3)

Warm Up - Individual (min 20mins)
Training - Overhang
Technique - Core tension
Skill - Fundamental 3-5 / Footwork 1-3
Warm Down - Meditation (Spring Cleanse)
