We return to one of our favorite hikes, known as, “The Tunnel” With brave kids by your side, youll make it through the dark tunnel and meet coach on the other side! This day is hiking and footwork training intensive, so wear proper shoes!

Wear: Layers!! Sneakers, hiking boots or shoes that can get wet.  No crocs or designer boots!

Today is a featured lesson in pace, power endurance and focus. We will be training on the trails!  It will be an intensive training day to prepare for the climbing season ahead. Practice starts at the trail head w/ warm up and important footwork lesson, trail running safety and pace.

It’s finally warming up! Let’s return to the water with friends over at Seatrek! Today we are kayaking after a ground stroke school review water entry/exit and clean up we will paddle in the lagoon to learn Oakland donuts and paddling backwards!
 
Wear-    
•    Bathing suit under clothes to practice.  If participant is planning to use a wetsuit, limit frilly suits.  
•    Rash guards are great for cover up and protection. 
•    Aqua socks or strap back sandals are recommended.  
•    Sunscreen/hat

Fall climate calls us north to the water this year for our Annual Brown Girls Climbing Campout+Climb. 3-Day Annual Team Campout+Climb on the beach at 
Navarro River Redwoods State Park has the perfect terrain for everyone! Water, rock climbing, kayaking, stand up paddlboarding, camping and freedom to explore! 

Travel north to beautiful Mendocino Coast and join us for clear nights under the stars.

Confirmation is required to attend on/before Monday, Sept. 8  
More information will follow.

We return to our favorite place, Seatrek Alameda for an afternoon of paddling on the water!  After a safety refresher, we will launch off and follow our adventure!

Let's Go Camping!  Getting in the spirit of summertime fun, let's jumpstart with a few nights together under the stars and climbing at Mount Tamalpais
Prepare for warm days and cool nights for this ALL TEAM event. 

This trip is evolving. Due to limited Pinnacles response, this trip has been adjusted to an overnight + climbing. Mount Tamalpais is easy to get to, drive in parking and easy access to climbing at an affordable price for attendees. We will host this camping trip with 3+ participants!
