Let’s move the summer heat through our bodies, opening room for equinox balance. Smashing is more than breaking things. The act of smashing objects can be a powerful way to express and release a range of emotions, including frustration, sadness, and even joy! It’s fun exercise for power training, gross motor development, improve mood, and decrease stress.
