The cycle starts in endurance training. How many long can you sustain? How many times can you climb it at your best effort? Can you make the same move in speed climbing no matter the wall? We have a ton of climbing to do to figure it all out! By the time we are finish with the endurance cycle your stamina and strength will be unmatched!
