8a - Harriet pick up / departing promptly 8:10a
1:30p - Warm Down
2p - Practice End* / return to Oakland
- Est. time of gym arrival and practice start is 9:15a
- 6 hr time is cultivated for sequencing and lunch + travel
Practice Preparation-
Being on time
Bring all gear - harness, shoes, chalk-bag, journal, watch, water bottle
Tying knot w/o struggles
Warming up properly
* If parents are picking up in SF, arrive no later than 1:45p please.
Mandatory climbing practice for all Competition Team Members!
