It's not about the first to the top, but the journey on the way there. Endurance training day No. 2 is: DO NOT STOP MOVING. 
Come prepared to pace yourself for peak practice and peak training!

Drop off/Pick up: Oakland Lake Merritt Library

Eat a healthy, complete meal :45 mins before practice

Proper athletic clothes / layers
Proper athletic sneakers
Layers

Bring -
Full water bottle
Light snack
Yoga mat

(do not bring backpacks/computers/instruments or school work)
