Kayaking + Beach Games @ Crown Beach

Paddle out to the beach and enjoy fun in the sun! After a ground school, stroke school, water entry/exit and clean up review we'll paddle in the lagoon for games, Oakland donuts and more!

Let’s get on the water. Today we are kayaking after a ground stroke school review water entry/exit and clean up we will paddle in the lagoon to learn Oakland donuts and paddling backwords!

Parents: Arrive early if changing before practice is not feasible. Bathrooms are across from the corner of the SUP shop. Please allow for transition time before and after practice. 

Participants should use the bathroom, apply sunscreen and have bathing suits on prior to the start of practice. The shop is small, please do not bottleneck during transition. Allow for +10 mins for changing at the end of practice.

Spectrum Team Practice - Fall S1 start

The Fall Season Session 1 starts today! 

Get To Know You!

Today we are meeting at Roberts Regional Park (Madrone Grove) to get to know each other through team development games and activities.  

Very Warm Day! Drink plenty of water~

Shorts, cargo pants

Socks, sneakers/hiking shoes

Bring water bottle and snack.

Wear sunscreen

Parking-Inform the ranger at the kiosk if you are just dropping off.  If parents plan to stay, parking is $5. After transition, we invite you to take a hike and rest in the Redwoods during practice.  

Parent/driver pick up - please arrive on time for pick up
